825g can apricot
halves in natural juice, drained
1 tablespoon orange juice, (no added sugar)
2 cups Apricot yoghurt
4 passionfruit
1 tablespoon chopped macadamias
Place
1/2 cup apricot halves and orange juice in a blender
and puree until smooth.
Layer the apricot halves, yoghurt, puree and passionfruit
into four tall glasses. Repeat layers until all ingredients
are used.
Top with chopped macadamias. Serve immediately.
